I Am Very Saddened By The Death Of Former Storer Broadcasting, ABC, Turner Broadcasting, WAGA-TV, WABC-TV, KABC-TV, And CNN Employee Dave Michaels

I am very saddened by the death of former Storer Broadcasting, ABC, Turner Broadcasting, WAGA-TV, WABC-TV, KABC-TV, and CNN employee Dave Michaels.

Dave Michaels had preceded Regis Philbin on both of their locally-produced, in-house Morning Talk Show at WABC-TV and KABC-TV. WABC-TV’s Morning Talk Show would become nationally syndicated starting in 1988, and as of today (as of the time of writing this post); it is hosted by a husband and wife team of Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos.

Dave Michaels had also worked at WXIA-TV in Atlanta from 1976-1985.
